“Self-awareness is our capacity to stand apart from ourselves and examine our thinking, our motives, our history, our scripts, our actions, and our habits and tendencies.”- Stephen R. Covey

About Me…

I am a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT #133277) based in Los Angeles, CA.  I received a MA in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University with a specialization in Child Studies and hold a BA from Bard College in Political Studies.  I previously trained with Antioch Community Therapy Services (ACTS)  and Southern California Counseling Center (SCCC).  I also spent a year working at Outreach Concern as a school-based Counselor grades pre-k to 5th grade.  I specialize in working with adults, teens, kids, families, as well as current and former athletes.

Even prior to pursuing licensure, my work has always been centered around engaging with people.  From coaching volleyball, to working at a fly-fishing shop and guide in Montana, I’ve always been focused on building relationships so I could help people from all walks of life develop new skills and achieve their goals.

I am working under the supervision of Margaret (Meg) Bezucha (MFT #100194) and Nicole Shannon (LCSW #21044).
